The rasmus are ok, I personally can't say they're great though

BUT I LOVE THE LEAD SINGERS HAIR FOR SOME REASON

 

Don't worry, it's temporary. Usually people go through this stage before getting into Morbid Angel

 

i think they must be a good band. but i think theyre too poppy for me.

 

I thought "In The Shadows" was all right but I can see how it could annoy you if it was overplayed...

 

I love his hair, as well.

I saw one of their videos on FUSE and I must say that I liked the song very much. I'm planning to get CDRS to burn some songs (I don't have sound on my PC) and listen to some of the rest of their album. If they are close to as good as that song I heard, you can be sure that I will buy the album.

Rasmus? No no no no! I'm not going to start flaming them because i do not HATE the band but i don't really see the appeal. IMO they are just like H.I.M just with a happier tune to it. The song is very catchy i have to admit(god dammit it's in my head now) and it does have a nice little tune to it, but i don't like it atal (if that makes any sense). I'm not going to start saying 'Oh my god the Rasmus are sh!t' becasue, well, they are not. It's just not my kinda thing.

Oh and Logan, i agree with you on the lead singer. I would love to know what is with the feathers as well :wth:

 

I've only heard 'In the Shadows' and it's okay. It's really catchy. I was watching the video on FUSE and my dad looked at the lead singer and said, "That is the ugliest woman I have ever seen." He wouldn't believe me when I told him it was a man. I couldn't stop laughing! That guy's hair reminds me of a crow

i think they're ok, even though they get played too much on the radio. they're not really my kind of music, too "poppy", but the lead singer's cool. and the feathers? there's one reason for this
he's FINNISH! finnish people are kind of wierd. i know this becaus i'm half scandinavian and i know loads of finnish people.

 

They are like Him posers. The song really ####ed me off at first, but it was on t.v soo much and i started to like it. The rest of the album is crap though.

 

He's not scary,you just have to get his humor right!

 

personally i hate that 'in the shadows' song, but i have lots of mates who love it. i just think it sounds so much like pop. it also gets well overplayed on telly and radio.
