Its quite a strange idea but I think that Amy Lee sings like chester and she too can change quickly from a low voice to a high voice.Chester and Amy have similar singing styles.Do you think that if LP bring out a remix album of meteora, would Amy Lee be invited to sing the verses and mike does the 3-4 lines of rap in the song?

just a wierd idea but what r ur thoughts??lets discuss

    :chaz:

That would be great IMO. LP and Evanscence together in one song...too good to be true.

I'm not sure if Amy would do it. I mean for a year people have been comparing her to Linkin Park, and her saying '"We're not Linkin Park, with a female singer" y'know...so I'd be an off chance of her even doing it.

THERE WILL BE NO REMIX ALBUM.

With that said, I would rather them do a different song instead of "Numb" because "Numb" is not that good of a song.

No I'd rather think about an another collab...maybe with papa roach or korn, this would be cool.

the parts of mike in "numb" are not rap, its everything else than rap...

OK, this may sound bitchy, and for that I apologize, but please spell their name right. It's Evanescence. ;)

Personally, I think it's pretty inevitable that Chester and Amy Lee will work together. Maybe not now or even anytime soon but it would be such a shame if the two of the most foremost and distinguished voices in rock don't collabarate at some point in one form or the other.

And I could definitely imagine a version of Numb that would work with both their voices. That and Easier to Run perhaps.

Truthfully, I don't think a duet would sound good. Chester and Amy's voice are alike in a ways, and it wouldn't mix well, IMO.
Don't get me wrong, they both have great voices.

I think they would do great together on From The Inside. Chester would sing one verse, Amy Lee would sing another and they would harmonize in the chorus.

Don't think it will happen but it would sound really good.

Amy Lee has no talent. No need for her to ruin a good song.

she obviously has talent if so many people like her lol if she doesnt appeal to you fine but its a different thing to go out and say she has no talent.

with that said she would be better on another song like Breaking the Habit or Easier to Run

She can't write but she can sing better than most people out there. You saying she has no talent is like saying George Bush isn't a moron.

Maybe for you. Honestly, I think it's one of the greatest songs Linkin Park have ever made and it's a lot better than half of the songs on the album. The singing is great, the lyrics are very relatable and I believe instrument wize the entire song sounds great.

I like it more than "Breaking The Habit" and that's supposedly one of the most amazing songs they've ever made.

The pianos great and so is the scratching and the drums, but Brad just strokes the guitar once every 5 seconds for a long note, I wouldn't call that instrumentally great. Phoenix plays more notes than brad, and he likes to blend in with the music!
