    Did anyone see this on TV? The Columbia space shuttle blew up over Texas :(

    Yep, I saw it.. I didn't know what it was at first.. I didn't keep watching so I don't really know anything about it.

    yeah, i saw that on CNN, it's nuts.

    i wonder if any debris hit omar's house. but on a more serious note, lets hope the astronauts didn't suffer horribly.

    yeah, i saw it. i woke up at 7 and turned on tv and it's on a lotta channels. it's sad and tragic and stuff, but i woke early to watch Nick on CBS :( oh yeah, on CBS, did anyone hear the crank call? i don't know the CBS guys name. but that was mean.

    thats pretty sad...man.... There was another Challenger that blew before right? I suck at Science...

    yeah, 17 years ago Challenger blew up.

    It was actually almost exactly 17 years ago to this date. I think Challenger blew up on Jan 28, 1986

    I've only just found out about this...but when I heard about it I was shocked.

    Nothing like this has happened for quite some time...well not that I've heard of anyway...

    There's supposed to be 7 feared dead...is that true???

    toxic chemicals cause controlled explosions to manouver the shuttle.

    maybe some of those chemicals reacted in a way they shouldn't have? dunno

    7 died. six americans and one israli (i dunno how to spell it..from israel)

    Nope, but supposedly I could here it, but I was enjoying a few extra hours of long earned sleep. Although, it did go into a house a few streets from here

    I feel remorse for all the astronauts except one who would most likely hate me anyways

    They were coming back to Earth after, like, a two week stay at the International Space Station.

    Wow, that sucks. Especially when you get your hopes up about seeing your family and/or people you love again.. :(
