He was given an amulet that he was trapped in on Buffy, and then Lindsey in Season 5 of Angel mailed the amulet to Wolfram & Hart, and Angel received it and Spike came out of it. Thus why Spike is there.
I'm so sad it's the last episode. I missed the first episode of this season and I know that Fred died but now she is something else. I haven't seen too many of the other episodes. I'm so confused and I don't want to watch the final episode withought seeing the rest of the season. I'm curious of who will die though.
an ancient spirit possessed Fred and killed her from the inside. Her name is Illyrilla, or something.
