nothing is known right now, except for various news sources are reporting that Ronald Reagan has died. RIP.
At this age, and in the condition he was, it is not really a surprise. However, it's a sad event still. R.I.P.
I'm not sure if he was a good president, and I don't even know what the guy did. But my condolences go out to all his supporters and family members.
He was president during the end of the Cold War, and helped bring the economic back up and eased tensions with the USSR. At least, that's what our history books say lol. But he was re-elected so I'm sure people liked him.
That's too bad that he died. Even though I probably wouldn't have liked his political style, he was most likely a great person. My best wishes for his family.
We saw a video once, with presidential bloopers, and Reagan was giving a speech and a blaring sound erupts and he stops his speech and said "missed me". This is reference to the attempted assasination on his life, in which I believe he was shot.

The USSR was collapsing anyways and it was Gorbachev (leader of USSR) who introduced new freedoms to the Russians which led to the end of the Soviet Union and brought democracy to a lot of eastern Europe. So don't give him credit for easing tensions with the USSR when there wasn't much left of the USSR to have tensions with. and although I was just a baby when he was in office, I've heard enough about his crap economy that I think hes one of the worst 5 presidents, right along with Nixon and the 2 bushes

The economy was also already crap by the time he was elected in office. He was hardly a bad president, in my opinion.
wow, that was kinda harsh.. While i dont believe that he was one of the best presidents we have had, i am still saddened by his death
HOLY FUCK! That was the single most inconsiderate thing that I've ever read! You're warned! [/b][/quote] LOL Wow Satan you're an a<s>shole.
