How long do you think Chester's voice will last? He seems to get sick a lot and use to throw up when he sung.
Of course I could be wrong, but I have never heard of Chester throwing up from singing... where did you hear it?
Interviews. His voice will probably last for a while longer. Jon Davis has had a lot of problems with his voice but he's still going after ten years.

Chester's voice will last a very long time if he takes care of himself. As for throwing up, he threw up while singing for the Numb video because he had that hernia problem.
Plus he has that hernia he really needs to get taken care of. Everytime he sings that must hurt like a bullet. I think his voice will last a long time but he needs to stop smoking regularly. Sure he might need some throat surgery but many singers have needed that done like Staind's Aaron Lewis.
During the Ozzfest Tour chester didnt finish OSC at a show becuase he was in the process of throwing up. He said in during that show that "this is the part where i normally throw up". I dont remember where the show was, but it was back when he first had his red mohawk i believe. Im not positive though
I think his voice should hold out, maybe he will have to have some surgery in the future. But he's been singing pretty hard since 1994 now, there's some pretty hard vocals on the first Grey Daze album. He's probably putting on more strain now than he used to, but if you look at some other vocalists, Jon Davis, who Will mentioned, Maynard James Keenan, Chino Moreno and even James Hetfield to an extent. They've all been singing & screaming for more than 10 years now and even if they have had some voice problems, they've come back from it. I think Chester will be fine, he should have a good while left in him yet.
What he said. [/b][/quote] I agree. Of course, as Blindsided Revelation has said, there are a lot of vocalists with agressive voices who have lasted longer than ten years, so who knows?
I can't imagine him with one of those robotic type voices they give to people with some types of diseases, "screaming" shut up like a robot.
