Ages gaps don't worry me when it is with other people. Hey, if it makes them happy then it's all good. Me... I don't think I would go out with a guy younger then me. I'd only go out with a guy no more then 2 years older. It will probably change when I finish school.
2 Years would be my limit. It would be weird if they were any older. I'd go 2 years older and 1 year younger.
yeah im with debbie. i reckon 3 years older would be barely ok with me... if i really liked the guy. and 1 year younger is ...just fine, if i was really into him. but mostly i like older guy, 1 year older is the best. rawwwr
my mom and real dad (he's dead now) were 9 years apart. my mom and my stepdad are 8 months apart. i know this one kid whose dad was a high school senior when his mom was in kindergarten.
yeah my parents are the same as yours (sorry to hear about your dad *hugs*) there 8 years apart...and the creepy thing is when i was born my dad was 30..i dunno why but i find that wierd, meh....um personally to me i don't care how old he is, as long as it dosent exceed over 5 years(older than me) ...and ill never date a younger guy...did once, and didnt like it
I don't find anything wrong with a 14 yr old dating a 17 yr old, 20 yr old dating a 25 yr old, or a 21 yr old dating a 17 yr old. It all seems quite normal to me. When you're in High School everyone is matured, so it isn't at all wrong. And when you're in your twenties.. your still young but you ain't old, so it's kind of like the same thing. Lets talk about "Elementary kids" for a sec.. picture a 13 yr old dating a 9 yr old ... now that would be stange and quite wrong. But it wouldn't be so wrong a couple of years down the line, when the 9 yr old is 15 and the 13 yr old is 18. Talking about age gaps... did any of you hear that Hilliary Duff goes out with Joel Madden? God! He's 25 and she's 16.. I find that weird. She still looks like a little girl and well he's old to be going out with her. Now, I don't find anything wrong about that but.. god I donno.. If you really love someone it doesn't matter.. I guess. :wth: Hmm.. have any of you ever seen Maury? lol Now hears some disgusting $hit.. an 80 yr old that goes out with a 35 yr old.. now that's what I call crossing the limit. That is just WRONG. So... like I said, it depends.
thats just wrong. i mean, what can they talk about? dildos? he was there during the war and she was born couple of years after... thats just screwed man.
I know a couple, she is 21 and he is 35 and they are doing fine. But a highschoolsenior with a 13 year old is just wrong.
Im 16, my girlfriend is 13...no one seems to be bothered about the age.. We're responsible people. Oh and Leones...Im in college, Kim (who you know) is in school still...
my ex was 4yrs and 2mnths older than me and we went out for a yr. it was great, but i couldnt tell my dad cuz he would freak (me=17, he=21) lol but i dont think that 4urs is too bad as long asone person isnt younger than 15. personally i think 15 should be the oldest of being in relationship. kids r growing up so fast (lol i feel old) but waht is REALLY gross is that i know of this girls who just turned 18 and is g/o w/ a guy in his late 30s who has a daughter who is 17! :x that is way too much. also i had a friend who was 15 and g/o w/ a 26yr old. again :x
So your saying my relationship of 3 years age gap is :x because she is younger than 15? That I think is stupid
that isnt what i said. i just think that a serious relationship shouldnt be w/ someone who is 12. ya know? there is a TON of development for ppl btn 12 and 15. and im not saying that ppl shouldnt be together if they have a large age gap either, as long as they truly love eachother and niether one is being used. but if an 18yr old and a 14yr old g/o it is a little bad cuz for one thing it is illegal. also i think that when one partner is significantly older than the other there should be some damn good reasons for g/o. it shouldnt b cuz they want a virgin or anything. im sry in just a little sceptical of some ppl's motivs. adn the thing about the two relationships i was talkinga bout: the first one the chick is only g/o w/ the guy cuz ir REALLY pisses off her dad and the second one is cuz she got free tattoos. there are two sides to every story.
If your tlaking about people under 18, then the age gap shouldn't be any more than 2 years. Basically because i personally believe, that people under 18 aren't responsible to make such decisions. Plus i don;t think they know what true love is until they are older.
See an example like that is somewhat alright. I mean they are both responsible adults who know what they want, as long as everything is working between them then cool. But yah a perosn in grade 12 with a 12 year old is just wrong.
