Hey guys as you all know...LP played in nottingham and they played 4 songs off Meteora which were.....Faint, Dont Stay, Inside of Me & Lying from You...for all u LP fans who have heard them....which song do you think was the best and worst? Which song do you think will be their next single if its one of the 4.. ( Breaking The Habit sounds awesome ) And for the fans that havent heard them...i respect them for not giving into the internet world and d/l them..i tried i really did but i couldnt wait! If you havent heard them i wanna ask why you havent? and how did you have the will power not to? Well anywayz i cant wait for March 25th. Just like i cant wait for tomorrow at their NYC concert thats gonna be an unforgetable moment in my life! They weren't leaked. Technically, everyone is saying that since this was ripped from the internet and put up for download everywhere, you're all saying that, in a sense, LP leaked their own album by playing the new tracks live, and that's not true. It didn't leak.. Anyway, my favorite is "Faint."
i had the will power to only listen to Faint and From The Inside from the concert. I kept thinking about popping the cd into my player for the first time and hearing brand new songs i've never heard, that's what's keeping me going. So far, i've only listened to SIB and live versions of Faint and From The Inside, that's all i've vowed to listen to until the release date. and i will make it. the LPU 2.0 cd is what's helping me get through this too. as for your question, Faint pops out at me as the best song yet.
I saw an LPU show last night and they also played Hit The Floor and Easier to Run along with the other meteora ones. they are increidble, mike plays a lot of guitar, i think he played it for most of the meteora songs. but he doesnt just stand still like he does in crawling and pushing me away when he plays guitar.he throws the guitar aorund his back and runs aorund with the mic in hand. its awesome. youll all love the songs.
actually they played 5 songs off Meteora They played Easier to run also but this was cut out of the radio 1 broadcast for some unknown reason
Well they were kinda shady because the rips were bad and the fans were going 110% nuts ( I dont blame them), cant wait for Meteora!!! Also the riff at the beginning of 'don't stay' is really quite nice

They are all just awesome just like Hybrid Theory...only in HT one step closer and crawling really jumped out..havent heard such a song yet from meteora although Faint SIB and Dont Stay and even Hit the floor come close =)
