first off, i've noticed that Chester voice has changed, now with a more deep screaming voice and when he screams and when he's singing in songs like Faint or Hit The Floor. He has 2 voices. When he sings like that he sounds like other metal bands which is not bad.

second, their beats and rhythm on their new song are really different from anything before.

They really have changed. I like it. Who agrees with me?

They have changed quite a bit. Their heavy songs are true metal songs. Their beats turn more towards hip-hop style, but their guitars and voices keep that hard rock genre

I wouldn't say that they have changed. Iwould just say that they have matured. They have not necessarily perfected their kind of music but definitely matured and improved upon it. But i definitle dont think u can say thety have changed.

    Yes, they have changed.

How can you not expect them to change? You want Meteora to be exactly like Hybrid Theory?

I'm sorry, but I would end being a fan of Linkin Park if they didn't change and progress in their music. Yes, Hybrid Theory was kickass, yes, I love the CD, but no, I don't want another CD exactly like it.

I was expecting Linkin Park to change their style to make their music more interesting and better themselves, which, from the sounds of SIB, they've done so.

doesn't the process of maturing involve a change? duh. anywho, yes they have changed and chester even says he's able to reach higher notes easier now. he does have 2 voices, he's always had. one is soft one and then the screaming one. whatever you want to call it (change, maturity, perfecting) they're still sound like linkin park, hell yeah!

I agree that they've changed, but i also feel that they matured in their music. it sounds more whole and synchronized, not like HT wasn't, but now they make it sound much cooler and better. LP is the BEST!!!! :mike: :chaz: :joe: :brad: :phoenix: :rob:

And you don't have a dancing banana as your avatar. Oh wait you do!! *gasps*

LP is Metal, clean your frickin ears. LP is a cross between Hip Hop, Metal and Electronica.

Notice they are called "Nu-Metal" or "Rap-Metal"? Hmm..whats that ONE word at the end there? Oh yeah METAL.

If LP isnt metal, then what are they? Pop? No. Don't even say that because if you do, hoo boy...
