How did it get Leaked?

    How did the album get leaked. I don't understand, it was protected well? But then again, they probably are shipping the CD's by now, so people that work probably leaked it. What do you guys think?

    The wrong person got a hold of it and leaked it. Probably during the shipping, or someone from a record store took a copy early.

    Not sure, but I believe cyberghost from the LPMB leaked it.

    no, not until march 24th/25th, depending where you live.

    smaller stores are probably sellin g it earlier, some do that.

    you know who should be able to download the new cd...
    the person who's cd got stolen from a FedEx truck to be leaked on the net. you still gotta give props to WBR for actually protecting its product unlike other record companies. other than not being leaked at all, this has got to be a record. I mean 5 days. :eek: :eek:

    they were from stores -every last one of them

    Cds arrive about a week in advance just in case in store, and lawfully, they're not allowed to put them on sale until the release date. but that doesn't mean mr. part-time student workin' there can resist not hookin' his best pals up with a copy 5 days before. I heard from more than 5 ppl in North America already doin' this

    Yah its a shame and it really sucks that it got leaked. But I must admit if I had the opportunity I would probably end up doing the same thing. Hopefully all the people who got it early free of value will at least buy a copy.

    Hilarious. Despite security guards being at all the mixing sessions for 'Meteora' and press being forced to visit record company offices for play-backs of the album, one copy has been leaked onto the internet. Who was the culprit? The source was allegedly traced back to none other than the Managing Director of Warner Music.

    well made it so no one heard it untill 5 days b4 the release. thats pretty good.

    ps anyone know how to get those thigs that show wut song ppl are listenin to. send me an e-mail.

    LinkinPark213 just right-click the pic select [Properties] copy and paste the link then, take away all the extensions all the way down to the main site then click "Go" and register at the site then copy the url and post it as an Image on your sig. And, uh I bet one of the shippers leaked it.
