I don't know about artist albums, but the Resident Evil 2 soundtrack is flipping amazing. The Rammstein and Deftones songs are awesome. ... that did come out in January right? I seem to remember having begun to play stuff from it around then on the show.

Well the only new release I have bought this year is 3 Doors Down- Seventeen Days, so yah i would say this is the best album as of yet. Although I know with future releases this year, this album will turn out to be one of the weaker ones.
