most people think an eminem/mike collab would suck purely because they dont like eminem, or they dont want mike working with someone as mainstream as eminem. Not because they dont sound the same lol ;)

Nobody said otherwise, but if you remember, Session was created entirely by Mike before drums and extra scratching were put in.

And you never know, Digital software is crazy these days, you never know.

i don't want to be like the dumbest person in this forum but...WHY DOES HE HAVE TO HAVE GUEST RAPPER ON HIS SOLO ALBUM????it's HIS album...no one else's. OH! and i think he should do some instrumental things and such and it would be cool if he sang too....ah...yes, that's just me..

i disagree...i think he should put at leased one happy song in there...not like a bouncy OMG i'm the happiest person alive song...but a song that doesn't deal with like someone jumping off a bridge or something...maybe something like...not sad or angry...no wait, sad is okay but why does everything have to be angry??? why can't the tune at leased have a hint of happiness??? I enjoy the fast songs and such but does it have to be hip hop? i would like to hear a song more on the lines of like My December or something like that....and a few songs like Faint.....not exactly the same just that sort of beat....anyway. i'm getting tired of typing

actually I dont like it if mike goes solo. I'm afraid that Linkin Park will then be on the second place... I hope he wont make more than one album. Linkin Park should be more important.

I'm tired of saying that this won't break up Linkin Park, and if it does, you shouldn't care because Mike is doing what he wants.

So you'd rather Mike focus more on limiting his creative rapping ability in order to further the band?

And I guess Chester should stop all of his collaborating too.

Maybe you should go and watch the interview and read the article or whatever. You will find the answer to your question there.

Yeah your right, its hes album. And because it's hes album he makes all the decisions. Including the decision to have guests or not.

HINT: 90% of all hip hop albums have atleast 1 guest. And most of the times there is more than just one guest.

Damn rights, a good guest appearance on an album, in my opinion, can make or break an album.

well, i think mike will do well like he always did :D

there's only one thing, I hope he won't do:

he shouldn't do an Album, where every single word is a fuck, bitch, pimp and something like that. so I think, he shouldn't do a Parental Advisory Explicit Content album with a strong languange.

don't get me wrong, I'm not a 6 years old boy who can not hear something like that (I'm a big fan of Jay and of X-Zibit so...) but it would'nt be Mikes style...

I hope the sound is fresh and the lyrics have a lot of meaning, but it's ok if he has a few songs that are just fun. I hope it stays underground. If he gets hits off the album and its a major success it might get to his head. I think he will do a great job, he never does anything half-ass so I'm looking forward to it. I wish we knew some more information like an exact release date.

Considering the fact that 99.9% of all rap albums are Parental Adisory, this one will probably be as well.Although,Mike doesn't cuss that much in his songs.

He can cuss in his lyrics, but a lot of the time he thinks it doesn't really add to the music.

But he can rap. Listen to High Voltage, Dedicated, Standing In The Middle, and RARCNHHLT.

Of course, LinkinPark.de isn't really that reliable, all things considered.
