I'd like to ask how albums that haven't been heard yet can be the best albums of 2005. It baffles me.

I'd like to ask how albums that haven't been heard yet can be the best albums of 2005. It baffles me. [/b][/quote] Well it's quite simple. Obviously you may not of heard of them, but to me, I consider them possible "Best Albums" of 2005 as past music by the bands- whom CD hasn't come out yet is really good, therefore expecting their next work to be even better!!). And considering what bands you like, I'm assuming you would too, if you heard the musiic by these artists Oh and to that other guy about the Alkaline Trio cd being leaked.. I have it It's really good
[no particular order.] 01_ Black Label Society - Mafia 02_ Mudvayne - Lost & Found 03_ Weezer - Make Believe (Yes, I know, I know. It leaked. ) (three days, and then I'll have a new one to add.)
Just because you like previous work by an artist doesn't really mean their new album will be one of the best of the year. Lets just take Metallica's Saint anger for example. Holy crap, that was one terrible album.
1. The Mars Volta - Frances the Mute 2. Porcupine Tree - Deadwing 3. John Petrucci - Suspended Animation
