It's about guy who is on the run from the cops.

 

EVERYBODY the siren everyone is talking about is the sound that the songs starts off with, its sounds like a siren kinda cut up into 6 pieces or so, and the car skidding. . . is right when mike starts rapping and right after mike says "Stealing second after second just 'cause
I know I can/But" and some more after that. . hope that helps neone

 

Maybe at the begining you can say it is an ambulance but where can you hear the car crush?
