I've seen footage of this on TV before. It was creepy. Was on a program called '101 Things Removed From A Human Body'... this was Number 1.

It would've been a human repeat of that scene from Alien. But seriously, that's gotta be weird, your would-have-been twin is inside you. The only thing I can remember that came close to this was an Asian man who was basically born with two faces, from where the fertilized egg cell started to divide into twins but never finished.
