All I know for sure was that it was a Dell, and that we bought it on Feb 29th... probably around 10-12 years ago. I can't be sure of the year, but if I weren't lazy I could check and see the nearest leap-year around that time.

i dont remember what company it was, but i remember it had a duotone monitor. black and orange. and it ran on MS DOS and 5ΒΌ inch floppy discs. the kind that gets ruined if you put a magnet by it. i ruined my brothers aircraft game by doing that because he made me mad. we only had a few games. centipede, hangman, some tank game, and this weird pit game. and our printer had a ribbon. the kind thats really loud and only prints in one gray color.

    beat that.

My first computer wasn't too long ago. It was a Medion with a 1.8Ghz Pentium 4, a GeForce 2 MX 400, 128 MB of RAM and a 40 GB HDD.

Not so great specs now but it was top of the range at the time, I loved the thing. It turned me into a complete computer nerd across the course of a year.
