Am I the only one who thinks it's completely asinine that pushing someone, forcefully or not, could warrant legal action of any sort? No one was injured and no damage was done. Sure, Chester has only considered bringing legal action against the club, but seriously. Why doesn't he just, oh, I don't know. Stop going to THAT PARTICULAR CLUB?

Maybe she was one of the reasons for the beakup. but who knows. i don't really care. i tend not to like the band so much when i know more about the band members' personal lives..... :wth:

Why would the guard push her anyway? We don't know all of the details. I'm not sure it merrits a law suit...maybe an appology, but Chester started shit afterward, so who knows what's going to happen. I don't really care though. I'd just like to hear the CD. Chester happnes to be my favorite vocalist.

 

stuff happens and of it does go to the courts i think they'll side with the club. it probably just got out of hand and i think they should just it go.

 

That's horrible. I'm glad he took action for it though.

See this article for details....but yeah, Chaz and Sam split around 19 January 2005. Last I heard, they were still working on custody/visitation rights of/with Draven. Sam has custody as far as I know.

Even though we shouldn't get in on this, but yeah I remember hearing that since January he's been seperated. I remember Chester said that he has every right to see his child that Sam won't let him see. He's right. He's got every right.

One of you said that he should just stop going to that club. Sometimes for a person it's about the principle of the shit.

Now, he should have screamed at the bastards. Then kicked the shit out of them and then screamed some more. But then, that's what I would've done.

Alright, I'm closing this case 'cause bottom line it's his life.
