IMO HIM sucks but that's just my opinion. they have one song I like and it's called Wicked Game it's a remake of the Chris Isaak song.
The only HIM song I really like is the Wicked Game cover. The first song on the US edition of Razorblade Romance is pretty good too, but the rest are kinda unimpressive. Darcy/Getchoo saw them live, I think...

Just buy/download their greatest hits, "And Love Said No". That's what I did. I don't really like their cover of Wicked Game, to be honest. Too rockish for me. That song just needs to be a simple acoustic song, you know.
I do like H.I.M but I also think they are highly over rated. Favourite songs would be; And love said no, Wicked game, Solitary man, It's all tears (drown in this love)
Hey, I kind of agree with you. I mean I like HIM but I don't find anything great about their music. I'm not really into it, is what I'm trying to say. I've heard a lot of clips of their songs but only heard about 4 full songs. Out of those my favorite would have to be "Funeral of Hearts". I'm more of a Ville Valo fan.

I heard this one song by them called "Join Me In Death" and was discusted. The message (to me) behind the song was so outragous, I could actually see some very depressed teenagers killing themselves to this song, makes me sick.
Nah, that's silly. If a song can push someone over the edge then they were already about to jump, IMO. If a depressed teenager killed themself to that song it could have just as easily been another song or no song at all. That said, I think "Join Me In Death" is a terrible song.

H.I.M. doesn't have any good songs. They're a terrible, terrible band that's trying to bring back arena rock and failing. Every single one of their songs is about the same damn thing. It's like emo metal. It's horrible.
