OK, I just recently got an iPod Mini for my birthday. I thought it would be cool, but I really hate it. I don't even want to use it, but I feel my Dad and Grandma (Who bought it) will be pissed off. Here are the reason's why. 01. No Linkin Park on iTunes, I listen to Linkin Park as 80% of my music. I don't download free music either, I can't find a virus free site with all the LP song's and albums for mp3. 02. The song's are too cluttered, everywhere. I want them to be easy to get to, but they are cluttered everywhere. For example, I have 50 Cent, and two of his songs are not with my other 50 songs, I even renamed them all to go under the Massacre, but it still didn't work. 03. Too fragile, and is sometimes hard to grip since it's so small. 04. The touch wheel is damn annoying, if I don't have it on hold while I'm walking or even trying to navigate on the iPod, the music gets all fucked up, skips, and the volume will go up or down. It's extremely annoying. Why the hell couldn't they just make it a click wheel?
linkin park as a whole doesnt support the iTunes music store but seems to favor others. if you want linkin park that bad, go out and by the cd's and import them using iTunes. keep orgnizing your music and use get a case for your ipod mini. as for the wheel....i cant help you there.
I think you need to learn more about it before you dismiss it. Almost all filetypes can be put into your iPod regardless of whether they're purchased or not. Plus, you can always use iTunes to rip your CDs to the player. Secondly, it is very easy to categorize songs together. Change the tabs on the top that say "Artist ^" and you can arrange your playlist anyway you'd like. If you can't change the ID3 tags (referring to your 50 cent story) then you seriously should not be using electronics in the first place. Right click on the song, choose 'Song Info' and make the file whatever you want. However, I'm not trying to be an iPod fanboy. It just seems like you don't know enough about it to appreciate it.
if you want linkin park go buy the cds or get napster or yahoo or rhapsody or something like that...also be thankful of what you get. i had too bust my balls to get a mp3 player
Napster and Yahoo songs wont play on the iPod
yeah but you could drag it from musicmatch to itunes
yeah but you could drag it from musicmatch to itunes
No, you can't. Yahoo and Napster both use WMA files. the iPod wiil not play them.
1. Insert the CD 2. Open iTunes 3. Click on the album name under the navigation 4. Hit the import button 5. Plug in your iPod 6. All set to rock and roll
I find the Zen micro alot harder to put in and find, but its easier to replace... Anyway, That sounds lots sooo simple its cazy
Yeah...it's a bitch to transfer songs to Zens. I'm reverting back to iPods at Christmas.
I made it simple by putting the music files in a area so i know where it is, easly. C:drive > my doc. >> My music >> < all my music, by band>. Looks easier then ipod for me..

I have all my music in one place too, but when trying to synchronize playlists, nothing is easier than iTunes with the iPod. The synchronization is so simple and integrated, anyone can do it.
