Movie: Underworld: Evolution Release Date: January 20th, 2006 Starring: Kate Beckinsale (*drool*), Scott Speedman, Bill Nighy, Derek Jacobi, Michael Sheen Director: Len Wiseman (Underworld...plus he's married to Beckinsale) Plot: The continued saga of war between the aristocratic Death Dealers and the barbaric Lycans (werewolves). The film traces the beginnings of the ancient feud between the two tribes as Selene (Kate Beckinsale), the vampire heroine, and Michael (Scott Speedman), the lycan hybrid, try to unlock the secrets of their bloodlines. The tale of action, intrigue and forbidden love takes them into the battle to end all wars as the immortals must finally face their retribution. Trailer: Right here. Personal Opinion: Can't wait to see this...I remember my ex talking about the first Underworld constantly (she's a vampire nut) so I had to check it out for myself, at first I thought the movie was going to suck major due to the plot and stuff, but it ended up being really stylish and badass. When I heard about a sequel, I wet my pants with glee
I absolutely loved Underworld. I cannot wait for this movie. The trailer looks good and so does Kate! ..is that a sex scene I see?! :chemist:

Yeah, I saw that too. Here's hoping for a chest shot
I'm with ya! Anyword on the rating for the movie? I'm feeling R. Hopefully.
I'm with ya! Anyword on the rating for the movie? I'm feeling R. Hopefully.
Probably...but then again, the first one didn't really push an R rating IMO. The only part that I thought deserved it was the head-slicing scene in the end(<<*SPOILER*) If it gets a PG-13...then I won't be too shocked.

Anything to the head, I think, requires an R rating I've read/heard.
But then again, I want it R. Because of the current CRAP of horror movies out lately (I say that in caps to the fullest extent), I want to see gore, I want to see bloodshed, I want to see profane language and tits galore. Then again, the first Underworld wasn't really a horror movie. More along an action thriller.
(had to chop the quotes down..) I completely agree with everything you said! There's been a drought in those categories in movies for some time..
