Luke has decided to leave Adema, he posted this on the Adema boards & had this to say; ademaweb.com I'm not surprised to be honest, this has been floating around for a while, it's kind of a shame. Marky probably won't be returning either as he's with "Midnight Panic". I hope they find a suitable singer who's better fitted with the band.

It's sad that Luke has left Adema and I'm really disappointed cuz he has a great voice.... But he had his reasons and Adema won't die... It was the best for the band and Luke... The chemistry within the band wasn't good anymore and so it was the best thing for everyone... Luke will continue with his old band Rewind Yesterday and I'm sure Adema will find a worthy replacement!
I'm not trying to sound like a jerk or a know-it-all when I say this, but Luke didn't plan this. Everything that was "floating around for a while" was a load of crap. There were problems recently, and he left. Marky will not be returning. I am 90% sure of that, as the band really can't stand him anymore -- and I don't think they'll ignore his drug problems. On the plus side, Midnight Panic sounds great and Rewind Yesterday also sounds great. Hopefully Adema will find a singer just as good as Marky and Luke.
IMHO Im not really disapointed that he left. Adema will never be the same without Marky But saying that, Planets did have a few good songs
To be honest I'm actualy quite glad he's left, Adema just sounded like a completly different band with him as the lead singer.
I hope they do get a new singer and change the band name, they should of re-named the band after Marky left IMHO
Isn't that the idea when you bring a new lead singer, or anyone into the band for that matter, in to a band? You want new ideas, as well as a new face to replace someone else. If they sounded exactly like the old Adema, I think that would speak volumes about their creativity and the simplicity of their music. Atleast they had the balls to sound different, even if it was bad.

[/b][/quote] Not really, look at Alter Bridge. They tried their hardest to find a lead singer that sounded almost exactly like the former lead singer from Creed and they did.
