I've made posts about this on other Linkin Park message boards, but I haven't made a post about it on this one. Maybe you guys can help me out. Alright, my friend gave me a demo disc of when Linkin Park was Hybrid Theory. Gave it to me for 30 bucks (obviously didn't know it was worth a whole lot more). Anyway, it's signed. But I don't know who signed it. Now, I don't have a scanner, so it's not much help. But from what I see on the disk, it looks like CSS BTT or CSS BTI..I can't exactly tell. I'm going to try and take a photo of it and maybe that'll help. But until then, with this information, anybody have any idea who it might be?
Hmmm.... The intials don't spell out any of the band members names, Could it be anything like C=Chester and SS=like intials of a school, family member, state? BTT, well that one's easy You may just have to post up a picture. Sorry, can't help you much more than that.
Just for reference, see this scan of my signed HT CD: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v638/nkramar/Signed0001.jpg Starting at the top and moving clockwise, it's Mike, Brad, Joe, Phi, Rob and Chester... If they don't look anything like those... I dunno.
It doesn't look like BBB. I've looked at Brad's signature several times, and it looks nothing like it. And as for your Hybrid Theory CD, nkramar, it looks nothing like those. EDIT: I took a picture with my phone. When it gets onto My Album on the T-Mobile Website, I'll post it here.
That looks very similar to Chester's signature on the cover of my copy of Hybrid Theory when I had them sign the CD at Projekt Revolution 2004. The T is drawn the same way. Perhaps two of the signatures overlapped one another?
Looks most like Chester's. That's the thing about autographs - no 2 will ever be exactly the same. Depending how/when they're obtained, they can vary somewhat (Brad's especially). I've seen them range from items signed at official M&Gs when they're all pretty clear to items signed outside a venue or some random meeting when they don't really have time to sign...
Thanks for the help, guys. It seems that the signature may be Chester's. I'll refer back to you guys when I find out for sure.
