I think you should actually listen to some more 2pac... because in some cases half of the stuff that 'pac has released (i.e. the stuff he released BEFORE he died) is really insightful (and in many cases... [again, in my opinion] better than FM). For example, probably the most overplayed (but still good) song from 'pac in my opinion... 'Changes.'
Im not into rap just dosent do it for me. But Mikes Beats in linkin Park give it that originality. I Prefer lp to fm for sure but Mike did do a great job with the rising tide.
I enjoy Fort Minor music, but I'm starting to get bored with it real fast... I am more of a rock fan, I think rap was in it's prime in the nineties. It sounded so much better back then, when we didn't have crappy dance hits like "It's geting hot in here" and "In da club"...
HELL YEAH!!! I LOVE IT, IT'S THE NEXT BEST THING TO LINKIN PARK FOR ME! I LOVE THE OMNIPOTENT BEING THAT'S NOT GOD FOR CREATING LINKIN PARK!!!
I like FM, but I hate the rest of rap. I was AMAZED when they played Petrefied at my local Skateworld (Rollerskates, not boards). I want to request Believe Me next time I go.
Well I love both rap and rock. Thats something I love about LP. They create just the right balance between rap and rock. Well thats my opinion anyway. I think FM are great!
i love fort Minor when i first saw the little banner mike Shinoda presents fort Minor earlier last year i was like hmmmmm i wonder what thatl be like and WHAM i learn what its about and bought the special edition Rising Tied 1st day it came out Nov 22nd and i love every song on it but linkin park is still my favorite band but i have to say Mike shinoda really knows how to make an album=P
Yes Actually, Im very much into rock aand not much a fan of ap @ all. Pretty Much white boi Eminem is all I'd listen to rap-wise. But FM is friggin AMAZING! TRT is an awesome album, and the mixtape is just... wow. So to answer your question. Yes!
