Alright, so I'm sitting at the computer and I'm just drinking what's left of my Root Beer that I got from In-and-Out Burger. I'm bored, so I look around the cup and at the bottom, and I noticed something printed at the bottom of the cup. John 3:16. I looked it up, and as I suspected, it's something from, well, the Bible.

I don't know what this really means, but why would a burger restaurant do that? I mean, it could mean something else, but it's honestly very, very strange.

Everytime I hear John 3:16 I can't help but think back to that promo Austin cut on Jake The Snake. [/wrestling]

Anyway, yes. That is quite odd.

Actually, it's one of the most POPULAR bible verses:

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Where's the example of state? In-And-Out isn't government owned.

Well, not only do they have holy water, they have holy alcohol as well.

It's well known that the Python gang used to sell Monty Python's Holy Grail...

    No joke. Wikipedia.

But yeah, definitely should go get your money back for that cup.

And use that money to buy more food from In-and-Out. I love that place.

Maybe In-and-Out is Christian owned or at least the company that manufactures their cups. I wouldn't worry about it. If it is intented to promote Christianity at least they are doing it in a way that doesn't judge anyone or make people feel uncomforatable.

In & Out Burger is a christian owned company and they've been printing the bible verse numbers on the bottom of their cups for decades (or so my mom says) it's not a big deal, they put it on the bottom of the cups so it's just something fun to look at if you're offended by it you can't go and get your money back because it's on the bottom.
