    No, unfortunately, you may not.

    It was okay last year, but I want who wins to be a surprise. Last year, people knew who would win after only a few votes. This year, by submitting votes to an e-mail address (and their opinion why they voted for it), no one will really know who's voting for what besides themselves. It'll work out just fine.

    esaul17: I received yours. Yours too, David. And you were well behind the deadline as far as hours go, so you're good to go.

    I was wondering if the poems were going to be posted in the evening or afternoon of the 14th 15th?

    Good to know i made it. Thank God for time diferences. Lol. I actually sent it late by my time. How many entries are we up to now. Their must be quite alot. Anyway, I hope everyone claims their entries this time. I don't really get what happened last time.

    By the way, how long in hours till you'll post it. So i get a rough idea.

    Well, right now, in Arizona, it's 3:00 P.M. Entry ends at Midnight in Arizona. So, you have about 9 hours to enter your submission if you haven't already. We have 19 up to now.

    OMG I"M PISSED. I just wrote something on my comp, but through the forum because my MS Word wasn't working. Then I copy and pasted it to compose in gmail to send in, and it happens...my computer messes up. This sucks. Seriously I spent some time on that today :(
    Now I can't remember it all, and I'm just going to type up something else :(
    This is mass suckage, and I hate my comp.


    Edit: OH SNAPS I just found it, because I tried sending it another way at first, and somehow it still has the message. YAYYYYYYYY!

    Funny story, heshboy. I received yours.

    20 entries now, ladies and gentlemen. Here's the case now. I will re-post the voting rules when all the entries are posted. But here's the newest rule.

    Due to the submission of 20 entries, you are now permitted to vote for two, and I mean, two entries. When you vot, you will say which entry you are voting for, then say the reason, why, then say the other entry and the reason why.

    It'll all be explained in detail tomorrow.

    There's a lot of entries, I can't help but think that people will be too lazy to read 20 poems / lyrics in one go, thus bringing down the votes.

    thats what i was thinking.. people might read all 20.. but i doubt they will read it with as much depth as needed to make a proper vote

    true....but GX did give us two weeks. that's enough to read 20 poems and a cast two votes...

    Maybe you shoudl do it in two parts. Liek have 10 poems go at it first, than the second set of poems second. Put the winners and runner ups head to head to see who gets first, second, third (and fourth). This might encourage noth better votes in quantity and quality. Just my two cents.

    EDIT: And too keep the contest in two weeks, make it one week to vote for each set.

    heshboy: No problem.

    Uncle_Raj: I'm pretty much going to enforce it in the posts with all the entries. If people don't read all of the entries, that's their problem. And I strongly think people should because, imagine if people skipped over your entry. No votes, no happiness.

    in.the.shadows: I received your submission, making the total 21. I think that's about it, unless someone makes a submission in the next hour and 10 minutes. Your voice is beautiful. It's only because your sick that it has any flaws in it. Good guitar playing too. Keep it up!

    tremulant: They will have to read it thoroughly. I encourage everyone to read the submissions in order to make a proper vote. Once again, if they don't, that's their problem.

    TransArhaz: Mmhmm, two weeks of entry. And two weeks of voting.

    esaul17: I honestly don't have the time, not to mention the patience and energy to try and do something like that right now. All 21 will be posted at once. Andrea is giving a load of help by pinning the posts and submissions. She's on the special thanks list. I don't want to have her pin a bunch of threads.

    tremulant (again): I'm sure that all of the people who submitted something will take the time to see who they're up against. Those who didn't probably won't. But that's their problem. Not ours.

    Good luck to everybody, and I'll have those poems up when it's time.

    EDIT: Entry is now over. I will not be taking anymore submissions. I am about to post the submissions, and I will explain what you have to do in that post. Thank you, and good luck to all of you!
