    You guys are amazing. I was really close to Billy, so to not be able to hug him or have him greet me at the door when I come home from work has definitely been a total shock to me. The problem is..without Billy the house feels empty and like a total void, so we've been debating something lately. We kind of dont want to get another dog for a while because we were feeling that it'd be like trying to replace him..yet at the same time we're just so not ourselves without a dog in the house.

    Infact we found another boxer (female..we couldnt possibly get a male as that would be replacing Billy) at a rescue site. She's so cute..but we're not sure on what to do cause we know if we go to see her, there's no way we wont come home without her.

    What do you guys think we should do?

    I know. She's so adorable.

    She looks like a female Billy though...but we always wanted to get another boxer for Billy to be friends with before he died.

    It's been four days since my surgery, as you all know.

    Thus far, my progress has been tremendously good, according to my doctors and nurses.

    My chest was almost completely repaired and it made me about an inch-and-a-half taller than I was before.

    I'm still in pain and taking Percocet for it as well as the medicine being pumped into my epidural catheter.

    My epidural catheter is probably going to be removed tomorrow.

    By the way, the catheter is in my back. It was placed right into my spine to kill the pain in my chest locally.

    I'm pretty drugged up right now and I keep almost falling asleep typing, so I'm done for now. I'm probably going to bed.

    Casey told me that he wants to know what's wrong.

    "You can tell me anything."

    I'm going to tell him tomorrow when I see him. This'll be easier face-to-face.

    I really do love that boy.

    No, not yet. I won't start to notice that for a while. A month. at least.

    So far, so good. I'm being weeed off most of my medicine.

    We're looking at a late Tuesday, earyl Wednesday for my discharge.

    I can't keep my eyes open so I'm going to lay down. More updates tomorrow.

    Well good luck Will, I'm really happy that you've finally gotten this surgery. I remember you mentioning about getting it ages ago and I'm glad that you've gotten through it fine for the most part. <3 Have a good recovery.

    a girl i went to school with killed herself. i don't know how, i don't know when, but i feel horrible. i really didn't like her, and i had good reason, but i am really upset about this. it's stupid how you fight with people and you are so convinced you are right, and they feel the same way, and you go years without talking to each other. in the end, it doesn't matter, they are dead and you wish that you could have seen then how unimportant your stupid arguments were, so you could have at least enjoyed what little time you had left together. or stopped her from killing herself.
