Um....you need a program to make a sig, like Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop. Then you just kinda play around with it to learn. There are some tutorials out there. I use www.pinoy7.com for tutorials.
Like what she say. We can't really help you if you don't have the program. If you do, play around with it and you will discover somethings.

If you're thinking about legally getting a program, i'd say go for Paint Shop Pro 8 to start off with, it's perfect for newbs, and it still has some whicked features that close to rival adobe photoshop. Of course, nothing beats Photo Shop, but nothing beats PSP 8 at the price they charge (about 70 bux with a rebate at Outpost.com ). Just my opinion...
