    I used to make em like crazy, but i would make em too big and they would slow down load times :(


    but i'll see if i can find em....

    thanks to your tutorial, i made this one, only thing that bugs me is i put the delay on every animation to no delay and it still goes slow for me

    Are you choosing every 3rd frame when importing into ImageReady?

    no i do 2nd, third makes it look like crap

    ok i updated the links with my new one, this time the clip is every 3rd, and still slow look^^^...well either it IS slow or this time its just me

    It looks closer to real time than before...in ImageReady, what is the time interval between frames?

    i put 0.0 NO DELAY then i transfer to photoshop and turn to no delay

    Hmm...I think I might need to update my tutorial. I wouldn't transfer the video you made in ImageReady to Photoshop. Just use photoshop to make the background. You make the video in ImageReady then export as an .swf.
