what the heck is wrong with my mouse?!?!?! a lot of stuff has been happening with my damn mouse for example: 1- When i press something once my pc acts like i've been pressing it twice and everything i click it opens automatically, if i want to click folders once just to copy their names it doesn't let me, automatically the folders open 2- When i'm on my windows media player and i click the "next" buttom to listen to another track it jumps from track 1 to 3 to 5 Things like that keep happening and they are making me insane!
when my mouse acts sluggish i hit the reset button (wireless) so if yours isn't wireless try un plugging, then plug back in?
Wired or wireless mouse? Wired? Probably a bad mouse, replace it. Wireless? Interference is a possibility. Also, make sure the batteries aren't dead, my mouse can do some really weird things when the batteries are almost dead. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot you can do about the interference issue....if it and the receiver have one, press the Connect button, that may select a new channel and help you out a bit.
This is the solution for your problem If the mouse is really old and become less sensitive because of the hardware inside , you should change a better mouse I change my mouse three times this years :-S
