Here you go. I tried my best to get the "perfect no radio version", so basically it's ALMOST perfect.

I'm not knocking the LPA for hosting this, it was actually a really good idea I thought but it was very poorly done. They chose the wrong songs (Bleed it Out and Hands Held High had enough rapping and the additions seemed rather unnecessary). In Pieces was alright. Shadow of the Day was very uncreative. Linkin Park and Jay-Z? That's never been done before.

I dunno. I thought it was going to be really cool but it wasn't so much.

EDIT: Thanks for hosting it though LPA!

Bleed it Out remix sounded alright.

Given Up remix sounded horrible imo. The end was welcoming though.

Hands Held High's remix sounded pretty good. However I haven't even heard the original version yet =P.

In Pieces' remix was pretty good, some clever parts here and there.

Well...I'm not gonna continue with the rest. Overall, I was expecting better. The average fan could probably make a better sounding mash up. But oh well, props to SNS for promoting Linkin Park in a very interesting way!

Thanks LPA for allowing us to dl these! =]

Thanks to Derek and the LPA for the support... For those who enjoyed it thanks for your comments, and for those who didn't, thanks too. We weren't trying to reinvent the wheel, just have some fun with the new Linkin Park record and twist it up a little. We will have the mix available on snsmix.imeem.com and myspace.com/snsmix after this weekend for those who would like to listen again or catch it for the first time. For all those in one of the close to 40 SKRATCH N SNIFF cities with affiliate stations, this weekend's whole show is a full hour of throwback Linkin Park songs, from album cuts to exclusives like "State of the Art", and the LP EP Remix as the 3rd set. Hope to hear from y'all soon.

    Thanks a lot guys!
I really enjoyed the show, it wasn't anything like I expected at all, lol (not that I expected it to be bad, just a different style).

And thanks to the LPA Heads for presenting this awesome show.

OK, I know not everyone liked the remixes, but could we please not call it crap and claim it's making you vomit? If you're going to criticize it, at least post some constructive criticism. As you can see from a few posts above, the SnS guys are reading this thread and I'm sure they'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions to help improve future mixes, not "it's crap"

Most people will only find it crap because they've added there element into it, which is probobly a good way off the genre linkin park is.

All and all, in some parts its good, in others it isnt, in my point of view i maybe think they didnt get alot of time on it and it was rushed? who knows, but its a nice thing to have

I was quite interested to hear these when you first posted about them. So, on the way to work last night I tuned to 98Rock (love being from Tampa) and listened to it.

First, I think the LPA made a good choice in promoting this. Whether or not it appealed to everyone, it was still good promotion.

Next, I loved a few of the mixes, but like others I felt some were way off base or had just been thrown together, but still, it was enjoyable.

    So, thanks SNS and LPA.
