i'll be honest, when I first read about this, I thought to myself "oh yippee, what a treat" and didn't care much for it, but after downloading them, I have to say thank you a million times. these are great songs and they sound even better studio remixed. thank you again! so glad the LPA has so many connections, lol.

 

yeah I had never heard a single grey daze track before this, and I must say, I like it more than some of LP's own stuff. I don't see how anyone could DISLIKE this.

 

Man this stuff is just plain awesome! I'm starting to get really excited to hear Soul Song, Saturation, and Extra Track! I hope Sean gives you them, because i cant wait!

 

Hey is there a .m4a version of Anything, Anything? Because the versions up now seem to be MP3 which is confusing the track listing on my itunes because all the others are .m4a

I was just wondering how come Grey Daze lyrics aren't posted up on the site? I think if Fort Minor is up in there, then Grey Daze should be, too. Just my opinion though.

 

this album rocks.... sounds much better than the original... you have to listen to it with focus... there r some sounds that were added and others that are more loudrer... thanx for it

I have a question. OK, so we all know the basic story of Grey Daze music, mostly not being available "officially", right? The only way is to download off the net, and you can get the originals or remastered. Or you can buy on ebay.
Sean Dowdell tried to get the album out thru Arista records, but didn't work out, right?
Well, I went to the Santa Monica Pier this passed Tuesday. There is an indoor mall about 2-3 blocks away. Across the street from that mall is an outdoor mall. I went there and arrived at a store called Hear Music. In the front is a Starbucks, then you enter. There are a lot of listening stations (like those found in Circuit City) In which you search and listen to music. So I was casually browsing Linkin Park. Under Linkin Park is the album "Linkin Park: Grey Daze". I thought "What?! It's truly out?!"
I clicked, and there it was, "...No Sun Today". I lstened to all the trackas, they're all there (including the "untitled" song). I asked an associate if they had the CD in stock. The response? "No, it has to be in by popular demand. But you can burn a copy of the CD for the price it's labeled for. It's the same quality as an original, just doesn't have the packaging." The CD was labeled$12.99
It apparently released Dec 6, 2000 on Orchard Records. So what's the deal? Is this real?

 

Yes!!! Just downloaded it, and it sounds AMAZING!!! Didn't expect it to be this good.

EDIT: Why do they save as MPG4 files? They obviously aren't video.

@ Hybridsoldier: You dont happen to have an older iPod do you? 'Cos they won't play on my iPod, and I've got an old Mini, so maybe thats the reason, seeing as they only have audio, and MPG4 files are also video. Maybe. I dunno.
