I searched and couldn't find a thread about this, so I decided to make one. According to Wikipedia, Mike will be on of the producers for Lil Johns new album (Crunk Rock) and LP or even Korn mite be featured on the album.

    Any thought about this?

as a rule of thumb around here, don't ever trust Wikipedia, but would be interesting to see if something comes about.

Wikipedia is probably wrong, and that would suck if it was true. I don't want LP featured on anything, maybe Mike, but not the rest of the band. That's what sellouts do.

Derek, can you please start enforcing the "You must have an IQ greater than Mark's shoe size to post on LPA" rule more?

If the entire band collaborating with someone equals "selling out," (which it doesn't by the way) then LP sold out by making Collision Course.

I love how closed-minded people are.

I'm looking forward to hearing it, if it's true...mainly because it's something different.

I'll try it even though I'm only a fan of Lil'John for his random yelling of "YEAH" and the such.

    Let's see here...

Cyclefly feat. Chester Bennington - Karma Killer
DJ Lethal feat. Chester Bennington - State of the Art
DJ Z-Trip feat. Chester Bennington - Walking Dead
X-Ecutioners feat. Mike Shinoda (but that's not the important part) and Joe Hahn - It's Goin' Down
Jay-Z feat. LP - Collision Course
Young Buck feat. Chester Bennington - Slow Ya Roll
Korn feat. Chester Bennington - System

and you could technically include all of Reanimation if you wanted.

But this is Lil' Jon, all the other people were somewhat alternative rap with the exception of Jay-Z and Young Buck. But we know that Jay has skills, as for Buck he's ok at best (G-Unit rappers usually suck anyhow). Lil' Jon can't rap, he just yells Yea and What half the time. He's a freaking overrated DJ...who is well...kind of amusing in his own way. But putting a comparison with previous records isn''t exactly correct. Mainstream rap and underground don't mix well.

    Sounds like a cool idea.

After hearing the LPJZ mash-up, i'm actually quite curious to see how something like this would sound. I think it'd sound pretty cool myself.
