Real to Mpeg/WMA converter

I'm looking for a converter to convert Real player files to mpeg or wma files, but I wasn't sure which one I could trust and which one I can't.

Does anyone know a safe/good one to use?

 

well you could always import to Vegas and re save as one of those

so Sony vegas
