I wouldn't worry about it. Even at that show, he snapped his arm, went off for 10 minutes, then came back and they finished the show!! Talk about commitment huh? I've seen pics of Chester singing with a cast over his arm, I don't think they'd cancel their remaining time in Australia for something like that. So yeah... Don't worry Man

I've heard from one person that they ended with What I've done and from someone else, Faint. I think Sunday's setlist was probably better
They ended with Faint on Monday, there's video of it on Youtube that confirms it. But NOBODY has said jack shit about what the exact setlist was, and it's really starting to annoy me.
Can you scan the [interview in the Herald Sun] please? I didn't see it. The setlist on the LPLive Guide seems pretty good (which yeah seems like it came from here), although I can't remember it exactly. Had I known that they would not be selling the downloads I would have brought my MP3 player and recorded the whole thing. I probably should have brought it anyway. When I asked numerous officals about it, only one said they kind of knew what I was talking about but couldn't help me. When you want media/information from Australia, it's often hard to get or doesn't exist.
