Right. But the video will be included on the single as a bonus - if you didn't read it, it said the single (as in the actual CD) is out September 15th.

The video leaked, and people downloaded it, so that's why some people have it before it's been released. ((i think that's what the answer you were looking for, right?))
On LP:Fuse theres a pic of the promotional cover it's supposdly this, it might end up being the cover for the single when it's released...
The video isn't be releasing until sometime in mid-September as well because of it being leaked. LPU contacted all the fansites that have the "Numb" video up asking them to remove the links, and they've also pushed back the release date.

I've just seen an advert for Numb and that is the cover of the single unless they change it at the last minute. That is the cover for the mean time!
i think the cover looks ok (not the best it could be though) the advert for the single that i saw didnt show the cover, so iam not too sure if its the real one or not
