Exactly. I love hoodies, but am I gonna pay 130.00 for something I have to squint to see? No thanks. Edit, here's another site: http://www.revolveclothing.com/brandpages/Vecel.jsp?&d=g
wow chester is an awesome designer, Ve'cel is better than Suru.. i wonder why only mIKE and Joe design the art, chester is a fucking awesome artist.
There's absolutely no guarantee that he actually designed these t-shirts or provided the art for them. He could've simply overseen the artistic direction of the shirts. And the reason they are so much is because they were never intended to be for normal income people. They are higher end designer clothes and are meant to be sold in stores such as Nordstrom etc.
I agree. The revolve clothing store has it for cheaper, but I'm still not going to pay 38.00 for a shirt I could accidentally ruin somehow.
Then normally how much would you spend for a shirt? And a number of businesses which are operated by artists such as Chester here are often prices that are for upper income people. I'm not sure exactly why but it does occur every once in awhile for people to sell shirts at prices like those. And the shirts are awesome, I would so kill to have one of them (I'm into trendy clothes and fashion so I am more willing to spend money into buying them, shoot me).
Well my priorities differ. For shirts, 25 is a maximum. However for a coat I've already spent 94-140 for one. Hoodies anywhere from 40-89. So I do spend a little more than most people on clothing, but 130 for a hoodie is still too much.
I usually buy shirts at about $25-40 in Canada; but because I don't normally buy them myself (mom does my buying most of the time ) I have no clue if that should be the right statistics. But I can feel how you'd feel if something you might want is too expensive; especially if you can't try it on or feel the fabric in real person instead of purchasing it on the internet with only an image to work with.
www.metroparkusa.com I suggest looking at that site before looking at Chester's clothing because his clothes seem a lot less expensive. T-Shirts for 90$ and Hoodies for 300$. Blue Jeans for 200$.
*choke* You got to be kidding me! And some of those shirts don't even look too good to me compare to Ve'Cel.
Sorry, it seems the hoodies on the site are around 130-200$ not on sale...I was just in the retail store that recently opened here and I saw one for 300
Affliction is a very good brand. I strongly suggest anyone who's into ve'cel to look into that brand as well. http://www.afflictionclothingstore....ath=13&zenid=bed2d81802d04020005b8b595d5502f8
I dunno. I'd pay 130.00 for a hoodie if its of high quality. If it's going to be durable and last then yeah, It'd be worth it. But if it's some thin half-assed hot topic hoodie then no, I wouldn't
