Something Joseph wrote about our group. It's all very true, but I'm kind of pissed that he didn't even mention me at all. Like REALLY pissed.

 

I gave up on humanity after learning about Rwanda, Cambodia, and Darfur. All preventable, all happened/happening.

We need to do something about this crap. Fuck governments. Fuck politics. It's time for youth, children, adults, seniors and every civilian with a soul to fucking make a difference and stand up against this shit.

I'm sick of the lack of media attention. I'm sick of the lies from the UN saying that genocide will "Never Again" happen. Total bullshit.

I'm not just going to sit back any more. I'm taking action. Whether it's writing in the college paper, the local paper, doing fundraisers or simply telling someone about the inaction of humanity, I will do it.

My country's a joke.

We went to take a look at the parliament buildings in the capitol today. I couldn't believe how much money they spent on those buildings. But most of all, what the hell are people thinking? We had a debate with a European school (mostly Dutch students) and I must say, those guys can think. That's what I like about Dutch people in general, they can speak, they can use their language. We, Belgians, can't express ourselves.
My school was silent and the only thing they said was "we're all equals". Well, I guess we are, but if that's the only opinion you have it'll be hard to run a country.

This place is rich now, but I give it 30 years to go down the drain if something doesn't change dramatically. Our prisons are full so we can't put criminals behind bars, solution? We lowered the amount of years they have to spend there...
People are actually better of in prison than outside of prison over here, they got tvs, playstations, tenniscourts... it's a fucking hotel.

But if you don't like being in prison after all, you can practically just walk out the door.
You know, when the Daltons escape by using linen sheets as a rope. That actually happened, I'm not even kidding. One guy is becoming famous and hero among allochtones because he has escaped so many times.

Aside from the fact this country is going to have no prisons, no police, no control, no safety, ...

It doesn't have a government either, people laugh at Bush, but at least he's running a country, we don't have a real government. It's ridiculous.

I'm sick of putting up with this shit and I'm not staying here.
