Longer tracks or more shorter tracks. And I finally want to hear LP use a bad word in one of their songs, they're like the only band that doesn't cuss at all Not use the f-word in every line like some bands, but for the love of god, at least say "hell" And guitar solos would be nice, but you don't want a 5 minute guitar solo in every song like Metallica
First of all NOT guitar solos. Because they're NOT making metal music!!! They're NOT Metallica or something sounds like that... more and longer tracks.... HT is awesome.... Meteora is awesome..... and Reanimation, too. They know what they're gonna do.... So I'm not gonna say anything about their style or music....
Why do you all want another Hybrid Theory? It's a really good album but...it's old territory. I want something better than Hybrid Theory. I want something new. If they made another Hybrid Theory they wouldn't be moving foward with their music..
Because it's called an opinion. You're not one for accepting opinions very easily. You should probably learn to start accepting people's opinions.
Darker lyrics are not necessary. I don't like "depressive" music.
The fact that you don't like depressing music isn't going to stop LP from doing so.
The fact that you don't like depressing music isn't going to stop LP from doing so.
I know, I was just expressing a point of view . BTW for solos, I'd say more complex guitar but not solos, when I think about it again it wouldn't fit LP's style.
In my opinion you can't get any better then Hybrid Theory. Meteora was no where near the greatness of Hybrid Theory. With the next album i'm hoping Linkin Park can put out another album with the greatness of Hybrid Theory.
That's exactly what I would like to see for the next album.
me too. i was hoping thats wat they did for meteora but it wasnt.
I would like their next album: - to have another awesome artistic album cover by Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn. - to have more layered guitar work by Brad Delson and Mike Shinoda. - guitar solos by Brad Delson and Mike Shinoda. - drums solos by Rob Bourdon. - bass solos by Phoenix. - maybe Mike Shinoda should to a chorus on one of the songs for a change. - Chester doing some more guitar work too. - Joe Hahn and Mike Shinoda doing some more piano. - Mark Wakefield coming in to do backing vocals. - A song like "In Yourself" or the one on the Making of Meteora dvd that Chester sings then said "stop".
You took the words out of my mouth besides wanting dark lyrics, heavyness, and longer songs... but evilamy said that. You know, I think Chester should do like an into of a song on acoustic guitar. Wouldnt that be cool?
I would 'like it to have more tracks on it and of course along iwth that be longer. About an hour or something but really i don't mind what they do as long as they carry on making the music i love the most
I'd love an acoustic song. Cold did that alot with "Year of the Spider" and really showed a deep side to themselves, amazing. I think an acoustic song would be a a maturing step.
I think what LP should do is do like a jam session with solos and everything for their next instrumental. That would be awesome. And another piano one cause numb's piano was cool.
