Thriller 25.

Has anyone heard the remixes of this yet?

I'm loving the PYT & Girl is Mine remixes.

Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' 2008 is saved by some new vocals.

Billie Jean is decent enough for what it is, essentially just a 'club mix' by Kanye West.

Beat It 2008 is terrible.

For All Time is fantastic new track.

What say you Michael fans?

I think the remixes could have been done much better. Beat It 2008 and Billie Jean 2008 are almost unlistenable. However, I bought it for the unreleased track and because I didn't buy Thriller previously. Excellent addition to my collection.

 

Imma check this one out.

 

I found the remixes that have something fresh added to them are the better ones.

P.Y.T (although it uses the '82 demo), Girl is Mine (massive improvement), Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' predominately. Not the likes of Billie Jean which is the same song slowed down a bit with a beat behind it.

I dont think it has sold half aswell as Michael Jackson had hoped!
You could never ever beat the original quality of Thriller such a good album!

 

For All Time is an amazing song. It's beautifully written and sung.

And I do see where you are coming from with the remixes, I just don't care that much for them. I think Girl is Mine was pretty good.
