I have an iPhone and a windows computer. I take a lot of pictures with my iPhone and I've been trying to transfer them to my computer it it just won't let me. I always get messages saying it is unable to transfer and even if it does the picture can not display. Any clue what is going on here?

I'm thinking that it's because the iPhone is made by Apple and only able to connect to a Mac (also made by Apple).

That's not true. The iPhone is compatible with Windows.

If you have a wireless network in your house, connect the iPhone to it, then get the iPhone's ip, use WinSCP and SFTP into it. When you goto login, the username is 'root' and the password is 'alpine' by default.

I'll go more in depth later if you still need help
