What's your most MEMORABLE guitar solo?
Mine would probably be the one in Atreyu's Ex's and Oh's.
It's not one of the best ones but it was the first Atreyu song I heard and one of the songs which changed Atreyu. It also was probably the most brilliant solo Dan Jacobs and Travis Miguel had probably ever done because the new solos don't have as much meaning. Anyway the point is it's up at the top on my list.

    Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb

I think that song was voted the best guitar solo of all time, in some
publication. Not really the best from a technical standpoint, but it is
    memorable.

There's about a million more good ones, but I'm drawing a blank right now, haha.

The only one that comes to mind for me right now is, Atreyu's The Remembrance Ballad. That one solo is one of my favorites.

    LET'S GO CRAZY - PRINCE

The best, and most memorable guitar solo of ALL time.

Also, the one in Purple Rain is good.

    Pantera - Cowboys From Hell
Cream - Sunshine Of Your Love

    and, sticking my head out...

My Chemical Romance - I'm Not Okay (I Promise) : Not the best from a technical standpoint, but it really sticks with me for some reason.

There's a hell of a lot more, but they're escaping me at the moment.

One of the first guitar solos I really loved was by Dave Navarro on the Jane's Addiction track 'Three Days.'

I don't wanna bore you with the full song, so here's a video of part of the solo played by some kid. Pretty damn accurate though.
