I remember most guitar solo's actually.

But Atreyu's and Dragonforce's always stick in my head for a long time.

    Stricken by Disturbed's solo too.

    Guns N' Roses' November Rain
    Velvet Revolvers' Fall To Pieces
Linkin Parks' The Little Things Give You Away
    Nine Inch Nails' The Fragile
    The Eagles' Hotel California

Honourable mention to anything by Dream Theater, because every solo Petrucci has played are probably more complex than all the other ones I've listed combined.
But that's just for sheer technical skill.

I forgot about Creature Feature's Corpse In My Bed. That's an awesome solo in my opinion.

Wanted Dead or Alive - Bon Jovi

I'd call Richie Sambora the king of pinch harmonics

I don't know, I think Coheed and Cambria (I'm not sure which of their guitarists plays more pinch harmonics) are pretty ridiculous when it comes to pinch harmonics as well.

Between the Buried and Me - White Walls.

About 12 minutes into this epic song, they just burst out this insane guitar solo and finish the album with a soft piano outro.
    Fucking awesome song/solo/closer.
