    Spider-Man 3.

Wow. What the fuck happened here. Spider-Man 2 is one of the best movie adaptions of a comic book I can think of, but this one is just a cluster-fuck. Sandman "accidently" killing Uncle Ben? Fuck off. Oh, and they should have held off on the Venom saga until the very end. The church tower scene where Spider-Man finally rips off the symbiote should have been the closing scene of the movie, with it falling down onto Eddie Brock and transforming him into Venom.

Honestly, I think they just put Venom in this film to attract the comic book nerds like myself who have been salivating over Venom being in a film for years. They failed on every aspect of this, right down to Venom's appearance. He's basically a demonic version of Spider-Man, with fucked up teeth? No thanks, I like my Venom on large amounts of steriods and slobbering uncontrollably.

All in all, I can't wait for the reboot of the series that's rumored. They've managed to fuck this franchise up, in my opinion. And the actors involved don't show enough emotion, and are basically just cardboard cutouts.

The Last King of Scotland (9.5/10)

Fantastic film. Outstanding performance by Forest Whitaker. James McAvoy did a superb job as well. He's certainly becoming a favorite of mine.

Batman Begins - 9/10. Still a great film after a few years. Definitely looked a hell of a lot better in Blu-Ray.

Chapter 27 - 9/10. Not too much to really say about this film but it was deeply disturbing. Jared Leto, while not liked by most people, was amazing and truly gets under your skin as Mark Chapman. Not for people who don't like slow movies, because most of it is slow, but it is an excellent study of him.

My response to the ending confrontation: "No... no... what? Why? Why would anyone do that? Why would you plan that out? That guy's a sick bastard! The hell? This movie is amazing! Oh no... don't tell me he's actually going to - oh crap, he just did."
