Its fake. Neversoft and RedOctane confirmed in an interview with Game Informer that the set list was "wishful thinking". Upsetting, that was an awesome setlist. Although, I think we should have all seen that it was fake. It had 3 Tool songs.
Yeah, I think it would be weird to use an Eagles song that wasnt Hotel California. Though, maybe they dont want to give them the license for that song?
