The guitar for the first couple of thirds of Blueprint is quite similar to the guitar in the chorus of WID. Other than that there isn't much in common between the songs. Mike has included songs by Fugazi on his muxtapes so it's possible that's where they got it from. It's not a big deal anyway, musicians take progessions and riffs and so on from existing songs all the time. As far as that goes with Fugazi I remember Tom DeLonge saying he used a few of their guitar parts in blink-182 songs as well.
