I think Dean might have just meant that the UK has Scotland, Ireland, England, etc. not just England, so to like women from the UK isn't just liking "English women".

 

OR Derek just means that girls everywhere are hot. Even those half breed Japanese/ Pakistani you see sometimes.

 

Even girls called Dean who look like Madonna.
