I don't like the production on this album nearly as well as the past two. It sounds far too muddy. The songs themselves are okay though I suppose.
Just finished listening to the new A Day To Remember album, Homesick. Overall, I'm impressed. It's not my favourite ADTR album as For Those Who Have Heart takes that title. However, I think they really delivered with this album. It should certainly be on the top of my list for "Album Of The Year 2009". Anyway, albeit much softer for the most part of the album, they have done some really heavy tracks and some of the breakdowns are phenomenal! Some tracks exert a lot of power and really help make this album shine. A lot of catchy songs that can remain in your head for days. If I had to choose though, my favourite tracks off this album that really stand out would be: - The Downfall Of Us All - I'm Made Of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of? - Mr. Highway's Thinking About The End - Have Faith In Me - Welcome To The Family - Holdin' It Down For The Underground Amazing album! I'm pleased.
