So now facebook can just combine all of those obnoxious jonas brothers and twilight bumperstickers, flair, etc etc..... Do I dislike the jonas brothers? big yes. Do I dislike Twilight? I haven't read it so I won't touch base on it, but what I will say is that I think its annoying how EVERY teenage girl has to read it, and then rant about how much they do like it... I could be totally wrong and it could be a great book, but I get the feeling that all the girls "like" it so much because they are socially expected to do so, but my gf is making me read it eventually so i'll see. But, I do hate this article for its extremely winy attitude... we get it, you don't like teen boy bands and books about attractive vampires, now move on and cry about something else... jezz haha.
The first book in the series is actually okay, the second is also okay, but then it gets so ridiculously awful that it's actually hilarious. Seriously, Breaking Dawn in possibly the most unintentionally funny books i've ever read.
It doesn't really help that they read like fan fiction. Stephanie Meyer is not a very good writer at all.

Queen of the Damned is hands down the best vampire movie ever made. (It doesn't hurt that it has a Linkin Park connection too )
This is such a joke! I know its funny to laugh at them but we should stop giving them the attention....I just find it very interesting that the hottest threads around are about the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cirus getting sued for some stupid picture! Let's just leave them to their stupidity! As for Twilight....there is a lifetime's supply of WAY better literature out there...
First two (and a half) books, I enjoyed. They're good for what they are, the book equivalent of a popcorn movie. The film was a joke though. The first paragraph in the quote in the original post made me chuckle. But as for the Jonas Brothers, eh. I won't go as far as XVZ used to, but I'd rather not see them in the soundtrack, even if the movie for New Moon is as bad as the original film.
There will always be enough twelve year old's for them to have an unstoppable fan base. It's sad really.
No way lol. I liked Underworld before I ever heard of Twilight. Underworld 3 just kinda sparked the whole profile thing happening with me. BUT on the topic of vampire movies, gotta say Interview with the Vampire best vampire movie so far.

I've liked the "Twilight" books ... right up until Jacob became more than a minor character. I hate Jacob and those freaking werewolves and I wish they'd die. In short, I'm not a big fan of "New Moon". Jonas Brothers, I'm indifferent to. But I don't like the way they approach the idea simply because they realised "Twilight" was popular and lucrative. That's, like ... selling out. Or something.
