Despite the fact that I am a Smashing Pumpkins fan I still have the guts to say oh holy god no! Quick someone grab the torches and pitchforks! Or at least give me a bucket, I think I'm going to be sick.

Well it's not like Billy Corgan is singing, so I don't really care.

As long as there is no MM BOP! then whatever.

    What Will said.

The title of the thread should be this:

Iha + Cheap Trick + Fountains of Wayne > any Hanson influence. And even then, he could rock it.

I don't see what's so bad about Hanson being involved with this group. At least they play all their own instruments, as opposed to most other teenie-bopping boy groups.

Not only that but I doubt any of you took the time to listen to their last album. They sounded far from boy bandish.

This will be interesting. Although, I doubt Iha will bring a lot of Pumpkins sound to it, as neither he nor D'Arcy actually contributed much. It was pretty much just Billy and Jimmy.

I suspect this will probably suck about as much as Iha's solo stuff.

This doesn't look exciting at ALL.

Even if the guy from Hanson wasn't there.
