Linkin Park to play Russia and Switzerland

Adding to their string of summer festival dates, Linkin Park will be playing Tuborg Greenfest in St. Petersburg, Russia, on July 26th. They will also play a headlining date at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, Switzerland on July 28th.

Wow, I never expected LP to do all these festivals in the mist of recording the new album!
Though now, I'd be uber dissopointed if they don't play any new songs!

I also hope they play new songs. I also would like to hear some surprises. Give us a cover song or some older material. Here's to hoping.

LP did this last summer, too, as far as I remember. Or was it the year before? They visited St. Pete's at the beer festival, and then came to Moscooooow. I'm slightly put out that they're not going to be playing Moskva this year. I really enjoyed the concert.

 

Edited the first post, they added another show. I'm guessing it's a makeup date for the Switzerland show that was cancelled last summer, in which case it's likely that they'll add a date for Sweden too.

 

I sure hope they do.

 

It's good to see that these guys love to play every where in the world except Canada. Unless the only part of Canada they know of is Toronto.

 

not glad o hear those tour dates at all instead of being in studio to record some new materials for the upcoming album. LP GET BACK IN STUDIO ... NOW!!!!!!!!
